2 lbs ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1 cup water 1/2 cup catsup 1 (10.75 oz) can tomato soup salt & pepper sliced cheese hamburger buns, toasted
Brown beef, onion, and celery in large skillet. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Let simmer until reduced, about 30 minutes. Add to toasted hamburger buns. Add one slice of cheese.
