Kraut + Corn Beef Dip
16 oz. sour cream 8 oz. softened cream cheese 16 oz. canned sauerkraut, or well drained 1/2 lb. shredded corned beef 12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Mix everything together in a good sized bowl. (This makes a big batch.) When ready to serve, place in microwave for 1 minute on high setting. Stir. Then another 1 1/2 minutes or until it is all melted together. Stir and serve. Serve with the little dark thingytail breads and crackers.
