Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake
1-1/2 cups chopped peeled apples 1 12-oz. can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing 2 Tbsp. butter, melted 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9" glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and spread 1 cup of apples in the pan. Set aside.
Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and place in large bowl. Add remaining 1/2 cup apples. In small bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup and mix well. Add brown sugar mixture to roll mixture and toss gently to coat. Spoon over apples in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 28-38 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool 5 minutes, then invert onto serving platter. Remove lid from icing and microwave on high for 10-15 seconds or until drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm coffee cake and serve warm. 8 servings.
