Butter Spritz Cookies
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. white granulated sugar
1/2 c. powdered confectioners sugar
2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Use ungreased baking sheets.
Stir the flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
Cream the butter and sugars together.
Beat in the eggs.
Blend in the flour ingredients.
Roll into the thickness of the cookie press tube.
Use a plain 1/2" tip.
Pipe out small rings onto baking sheets, spacing 1" apart.
Baked for 12 - 15 minutes, until lightly colored.
Let cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 - 3 dozen.
