PASTEL COOKIES
4½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1½ cups margarine
1 cup sugar
1 (3oz.pkg.) Jell-O (any flavor)
1 egg
Mix flour and baking powder.
Cream margarine, sugar, Jell-O, beating well.
Gradually add the flour mixture.
Use a cookie press and ungreased cookie sheets.
If you do not have a cookie press-shape dough into 1 inch balls and flatten with a glass.
Sprinkle cookies with colored sugar.
Bake at 350º for 8 minutes.
Yields about 10 dozen cookies.
