PRINCESS DIANA'S WEDDING CAKE

1 1/4 C. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten with mixer
1 3/4 C. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. crushed pineapple, with juice
1 1/2 C. chopped bananas
1 C. chopped apples
3/4 C. coconut
3/4 C. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
Sift the dry ingredients; add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Bake for 48 minutes.
