I made something like these tonight. I had a box mix for brownies. So, I made them up and then on the stove top I melted 2 cups of chocolate chips, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I poured it over the brownies when I took them out of the oven. Then I chilled them in the fridge. Yummy! They are very sweet, though. Could only eat a small piece. But still very good with a nice tall glass of milk.
