Crazy Cookies
3/4 c. bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 small pkg. Instant Pudding (vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch or ?!!)
*Nuts of your choice in half shapes, ie. walnuts, pecans, etc.
Directions: Mix together and form into small balls, flatten and put a half of a nut on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
