This is very yummy. You can frost it with a cream cheese frosting or just dust with powdered sugar.
Marbled Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients 1 cup Libbys solid pack pumpkin
2 teas. cinnamon
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
Powdered sugar
Directions COMBINE pumpkin and cinnamon in medium bowl.
COMBINE cake mix, eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil,and water in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on high for 2 mins.
STIR 2 1/2 cups batter into pumpkin mixture.
Alternate spooning plain and pumpkin batters into greased 10 cup bundt pan.
BAKE in preheated 375* oven for 40-45 mins. Cool in pan for 20 mins. Then finish cooling on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
