MARSHMALLOW PUFFS www.recipegoldmine.com36 large marshmallows 1 1/2 C. semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 C. chunky peanut butter 2 T. butter or margarine Line a 9-inch square pan with foil; butter the foil. Arrange marshmallows in pan. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Pour over the marshmallows. Chill completely. Cut between marshmallows. Yield: 3 dozen
