2 packages German Sweet Chocolate 1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsifted all purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. 2. Beat eggs till foamy, then add sugar, 2 tablespoon at a time, and beat till mix is very thick, 5 minutes by high speed. 3. Blend in Chocolate mix. 4. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 5. Stir in the pecans and vanilla. 6. Drop by teaspoons on greased sheets. 7. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or till set, when lightly touched. 8. Cool and store in tight covered container. Makes about 3 dozen.
