5 pounds boneless beef brisket -- well trimmed 1 cup strong coffee 1 can Coca Cola -- (12 oz.) 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 cups catsup 3 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 2 teaspoons Knorr Swiss Aromat seasoning for meat
24 hours ahead, place brisket (fat side up) in covered baking dish (Dutch oven is good). Pour coffee over brisket, cover and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 24 hours. When it has baked 24 hours, remove from oven, pour off all liquid and discard. Place meat on cutting board and trim all excess fat off. Put brisket back in pan. In mixing bowl, combine and mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Bake at 200 degrees for at least 1 more hour.
