Prep: 10 min, Cook: 25 min.
For 4 Servings:
11 ounces lean ground beef or turkey 3/4 small onion, minced 3/4 whole egg 1/3 cup breadcrumbs 2/3 cup plus 2 Tbs. chili sauce 2/3 cup plus 2 Tbs. grape jelly Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine first 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Arrange meatballs in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes In a separate pan, mix chili sauce and jelly and heat to boiling. Add to meatballs after meatballs are done.
