CHOCOLATE ÉCLAIR CAKE
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding 3 cups milk 8 oz. cool whip 2/3 box graham crackers 1 can chocolate icing
Combine pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Fold in cool whip.
Layer dessert as follows: ¼th of graham crackers; 1/3rd of pudding, 1/4th of graham crackers; 1/3rd of pudding, 1/4th of graham crackers; remaining pudding, remaining graham crackers.
Heat icing for 30 seconds; apply to top. Chill overnight before serving.
