This is a very moist cake and people will be shocked when you tell them fruit salad cake. My family loves this one alot.
2 cups flour 2 cups fruit thingytail (juice also) 2 whole eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 cup brown sugar(packed)
Mix and pour into greased 13x9x2 pan.Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes. Let cake cool. Meanwhile make sauce for cake.
Sauce for cake 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 stick butter 1 cup pet milk(evaporated)(not diluted) Bring to a boil remove from heat and add 2 tsp. vanilla extract(pure) Stir and pour over cake while still warm.
