Ben Holbert's Bar-B-Que Meatballs
Ingredients:
Ground beef
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon
Quarter stick of margarine
Favorite Bar-B-Que sauce
Preparation:
Mix salt and pepper into the meat to taste. Then, shape the ground beef into one-inch balls. Melt margarine in a skillet and then place the meatballs in the pan. Lightly brown meatballs for about 5 minutes.
Take slightly browned meatballs and place them in slow cooker.
Douse the meat with bar-b-que sauce. Dash the cinnamon on the top of the sauce for flavor. Let the meatballs slow cook for 60 minutes; let the juice flow through the meat for a delicious mouth watering appetizer.
Ben's meatballs are great for parties, sporting events, or when you are trying to impress the Celebrity Soul Food Cook-Off judges.
Add more meat for larger servings. Candlelight and wine is optional
