2-3 lbs Short Ribs 1 can condensed onion soup 1 can (4-z) mushrooms (stems & pieces, or whole)- discard the liquid * 1 cup beef bouillon (I prefer low-salt variety) 1/4 tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce (I prefer 1 1/2 tsp!!) 3 cups hot cooked rice *(I also like to add 1 cup of burgandy wine to the pot for a beautiful flavour!!) Brown short ribs. Place all ingredients except rice in electric slow cooker. Mix well. Cover. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours. (Or High for 6 hours). Serve with hot cooked rice.
