2 T peanut or vegetable oil 1/2 lb boneless sirloin, sliced in 1/8 inch strips -x grain 1 bnch broccoli, (chopped into bite-size pieces) 1 bnch green onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces 1 c baby-cut carrots cut in half 1 pkg stir-fry mix
In a small bowl, combine stir-fry mix with 1/4 cup water. Heat 1 tablespoon oil on high; stir-fry beef until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Add remaining oil to skillet; stir-fry broccoli and carrots 5 minutes. Add green onions and stir-fry 1 minute longer. Return beef to skillet, along with sauce mix; stir and simmer 30 seconds longer to heat throughout. Makes 4 servings.
