3/4 cup Italian Dressing 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) 2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick strips
For marinade, combine all ingredients except steak. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, add steak and 3/4 cup of the marinade; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining 1/2 cup marinade.
Remove steak, discarding marinade. On skewers, thread steak. Grill or broil steak until done.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, bring refrigerated marinade to a boil over high heat; pour over steak. Makes 8 servings.
