Pineapple Fluff Cake
Beat: 4 egg whites 1/4 tea. salt 1/2 cup sugar 4 egg yolkes 1/2 cup sugar 1 tab. lemon juice 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 1 cup flour 1/2 tea. baking powder
Bea egg whites with salt and gradually add 1/2 cup sugar. Beat egg yokes in another bowl. Add 1/2 cup sugar, beat til thick. Add lemon and pineapple juice. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Add flour with baking powder. Fold in egg white mixture. Bake in ungreased tube pan for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
