This is a tried and true recipe. I have done this with beef roasts and pork roasts and they turn out GREAT. When we had a big party and 100 guests, I made a super big pork shoulder roast using this method.
lay a piece of foil down big enough to cover and wrap roast. Put roast in center of foil. Cover entire roast with mustard and sprinkle a package of oinion soup mix on roast. Double wrap roast and make sure the seams are sealed so no juices can run. Put on grill and let cook for one hour. No turning no fussing. For bigger roasts I let cook longer. The roast will simmer in foil so it doesn't dry out. THIS IS SO EASY AND SO GOOD. THE ROAST JUST ALMOST FALLS APART.
