1 pound ground beef 1 to 2 Tablespoons oil 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/2 to 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef in oil in a large frying pan. Add the chopped onion, celery and green pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add tomato soup, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes.
