1 lb. cheddar cheese 1 lb. monterrey jack 2 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 cup evaporated milk 1 can green chiles or jalepenos
Grate cheese together, let sit to reach room temp Blend other ingredients together, pour over grated cheese and mix all together with hands. Place in 9 x 13 dish and bake for 30 min. at 350* Let cool, then cut into squares or slice thinly for crackers. Serve at room temp. or heat slightly in microwave.
