1/2 cup butter 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup baking cocoa 1/3 teaspoon salt 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme 1 cup chopped nuts
Melt butter in 4qt pan. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Ad sugar salt and evap. milk, and marshmallow creme. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. 226 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes beat with wooden spoon until gloss disappears. Blend in nuts. Pour into buttered pan.
