1 lb. box powdered sugar 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, softened 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 to 3 tsp. peppermint extract 1/4 cup evaporated milk 2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips 2 Tbs. shortening
In a bowl, combine first four ingredients. Add milk and mix well. Shape into 1" balls and place on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Flatten with a glass to 1/4"; cover and freeze for 30 minutes. In a double broiler or microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening. Dip patties; place on waxed paper to harden.
