For 4 Servings:
1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained 3/4 onion, diced 11 ounces canned stewed tomatoes 3-1/2 Tbs. brown sugar, packed 1-3/4 lbs. country style pork ribs Preheat oven to 325°F. Layer all ingredients, with pork ribs bone-side up, in a Dutch oven or casserole. Cover and bake 2-1/2-3 hours until meat is tender.
