Here is an interesting recipe that combines citrus with wine. This dish will dazzle your taste buds! Enjoy!
Ingredients 8 pork chops Cooking oil 2 tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp flour 1 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup white wine 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp salt
Preparation Brown pork chops in oil and drain. In saucepan, add flour to butter, stirring until thick.
Slowly stir in orange juice and wine. Cook and stir until thick.
Add brown sugar and salt. Place chops in shallow casserole and pour sauce over them.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
