Shredded Roast Beef Sandwiches
1 2-3 lb. roast
1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 pkg. dry zesty Italian dressing
1 pkg. dry au jus sauce mix
1 package finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package hamburger buns
Place roast and both packages of dressings in a crock pot. Cook on low overnight (6-8 hours). With fork, shred the beef until separated. If you'd like, use a pair of kitchen shears to make the shreds of beef more like chopped beef. Cook an additional 30-40 minutes on low.
To serve, place heaping scoop of beef on buns and top with mozzarella cheese.
