Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. 2-1/4 cups evaporated skim milk 1 Tbs. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1-1/2 cups sliced fully cooked ham, cut into bite-size strips (about 5 oz.) 3 ounces sliced mushrooms, optional 4 cups cooked fettuccine Stir milk, cornstarch and mustard over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Last but not least, add the ham (and the drained mushrooms -if you dare). Serve over fettuccine.
