1/4 c flour 2 can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, drained (29 oz) 1 c peach or apricot preserves 1 1/ 2 t ground cinnamon 6 - 8 lb boneless fully cooked ham whole cloves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Add peaches, peach preserves, cinnamon and flour to ham to the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pant. Arrange ingredients in an even layer in oven bag. Using a table knife, lightly score surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves. Place ham in the pan on top of theother ingredients. Cover with foil which has six 1/2-inch slits in the top. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees F. To serve, cut open oven bag and transfer ham to serving platter. Spoon sauce over ham. Makes 24-32 servings. One serving is 3 oz of ham.
