Pork chops (number determined by family needs) Jar of your favorite pasta sauce Slices of Mozzarella cheese (one needed per chop)
Directions: Pan-fry pork chops until just slightly pink inside, topping with pasta sauce toward the end of cooking time. Cover each pork chop with a mozzarella cheese slice; cover skillet until cheese is melted.
