For 4 Servings:
1-1/4 lbs. boneless country style pork ribs 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. barbecue seasoning 1-1/3 cups purchased barbecue sauce Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub ribs on all surfaces with barbecue seasoning. Place ribs in a shallow pan, cover with foil and bake 2 hours. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove ribs from oven and grill or broil 12-15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with barbecue sauce.
