Pigs Feet with Sauerkraut
4-6 Pigs feet, split/quartered diagonally Spices: Garlic, Salt & Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper 1 Onion, chopped White Vinegar
Cover with water, add about 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the water. Boil until tender (about an hour or so). Drain most of the water off of the pigs feet and add a can/jar of sauerkraut to the pot with the pigs feet and heat through.
