Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 8:00, Cook: 15 min.
For 4 Servings:
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 2/3 cup dry sherry 2 Tbs. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1 clove garlic, minced 4 pork loin chops, about 6 ounces each, about 1 inch thick Combine all ingredients, except pork chops, in a bowl and mix well. Place pork in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning once or twice. Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Remove pork chops, reserving marinade. Grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side, turning and basting once with marinade.
