BREADED PORK TENDERLOIN
Get a piece of pork tenderloin and lay it on a board and pound it until quite flat. Then cut it into serving size pieces and dip them on both sides into beaten egg, and then dry bread crumbs. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, then gently fry them in butter until golden brown on both sides and thoroughly cooked.
