1 1/4 lb. ground ham or 2 c. ground leftover ham 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/4 c. minced onion 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. mustard 1 egg
Topping: 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Mix together the brown sugar, crushed pineapple, mustard and vinegar for the topping and pour into a loaf pan, spreading out to the corners. Mix remaining ingredients for ham loaf and pack carefully, but firmly, on top of mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain. Pour off juice and turn out on a serving platter. Serves 6.
