Baked Top Hat Pork Chops
4 thick pork chops 1 cup creamed corn 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 TBS chopped celery 1 TBS chopped parsley 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients except for chops. Trim a slice of fat from each chop. Place chops in baking dish. Season. Mound dressing on each and top with a slice of fat. Bake at 350*F for 1 hour. Serves 4.
