Ingredients for 4 Servings
4 (4-6 oz.) pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 4 cups Refrigerated diced potatoes 1 pkg (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 jar (16 oz.) ORTEGA® Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
Procedure:
1. Place pork, potatoes and seasoning mix in large, heavy-duty plastic bag; shake to coat. 2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add pork; cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. 4. Top with salsa and potatoes. 5. Reduce heat to low; cover. 6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
