4 thick pork chops 1 10-oz can cream of mushroom soup 1-1/3 cups Minute Rice 2 cups orange juice 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Brown pork chops in a frying pan.
Place Minute Rice and orange juice into a shallow 2-qt oven dish.
Place browned pork chops evenly over orange juice and rice mixture.
Pour cream of mushroom soup evenly over pork chops.
Place in oven at 325 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped cashews or almonds before serving.
