3 tablespoons butter or olive oil 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms 2 cups fresh or frozen veggies (broccoli, carrots celery, cauliflower, etc.) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 pound smoked sausage or Polska kielbasa -- in bite sized pcs. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese hot cooked noodles
Stir fry the vegetables in butter until tender crisp. Add herbs and sausage. Heat through. Stir in cheese. Serve over hot buttered noodles with additional parmesan cheese.
