For 4 Servings:
11 ounces Italian pork sausage, casing removed 2 cups spaghetti sauce 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, or 1 clove, crushed 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2-2/3 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni, or other cooked macaroni, hot Cook sausage in a saucepan over medium high heat until browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, olives and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and macaroni. Toss to coat. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
