1 cup pineapple juice 1/3 cup dark corn syrup 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 garlic clove, pressed 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 pork tenderloins
Combine first six ingredients in a shallow dish. Reserve 1/3 cup marinade and set aside. Pierce pork tenderloins several times with a fork, and place in remaining marinade, turning to coat. Cover and chill for two hours.
Remove pork from marinade, discarding the marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid over medium heat, 12 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, turning and basting occasionally with reserved 1/3 cup marinade.
4 to 5 servings.
