Ingredients for 10 Servings
4 ea Loin pork chops 1/4 cup Peach preserves 1/3 cup Honey mustard 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Procedure:
1. Stir together preserves, mustard and lemon juice. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done. 2. Approximate Nutrient Information per Serving:, Calories: 280, Sodium: 180mg, Protein: 25g, Cholesterol: 60mgm , Fat: 10g, Sat. Fat: 2.5g
