8 ounces fresh pork sausage links 1 17 ounce can cream style corn 1 cup milk 1 egg beaten 1 cup finely crushed saltine crackers 2 tablespoons chopped onion 2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cook sausages till browned, 7 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain. Heat corn and milk together. Stir in remaining ingredients except sausages. Turn in to an 8 inch round baking dish; top with sausages. Bake at 350 degrees till knife inserted off center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
