Ingredients
12 oz Fat-trimmed smoked ham steak; cut 1-inch cubes 2 Seedless oranges; in sections 8 oz Juice-packed pineapple chunks; juice reserved 1 Unpeeled red apple; cut into chunks 1 tbsp. Lemon juice 2 tsp. Prepared mustard
Instructions
Thread skewers, alternating ham and fruits. Combine pineapple juice with lemon juice and mustard and turn skewers in the mixture.
Broil or barbecue the skewers, turning twice, for 5 to 6 minutes or until apple chunks are tender but not soft.
Baste with pineapple juice mixture.
