Sausage Ring
2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1- 1/2 c. crushed saltines or Ritz crackers 1 c. chopped peeled apple 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. white or black pepper 2 lb. sausage
Beat eggs and milk. Stir in crackers and let set a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Pat into a mold or form into a ring on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. *This can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning ;D ;D
