: Sausage Balls
1 lb sausage meat - not formed sausages (any kind) 2 cups Bisquick 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese seasoning (optional)
Combine all ingredients until mixed very well.
Shape into balls about 1/2 inch to 1 inch in diameter.
Cover a cookie sheet in foil. Place sausage balls on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
