Easy Lipton’s Stroganoff I am always happy to find an easy dinner recipe. This is fairly fast too.
1 pouch Lipton's Onion Mushroom Soup Mix 2 tbsp. flour 1 can (10 fluid oz.) sliced mushrooms 3/4 lb. Italian sausage hot or mild sliced 1 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 cup chopped parsley Combine soup mix and flour. Drain mushrooms, reserve liquid; add water to bring up to 1 cup; blend mushroom liquid into soup mix. In a skillet, brown sausage and mushrooms; drain fat, add soup mixture, cook and stir until smooth and thickened. Add sour cream and parsley. Heat gently. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 4 servings
