These Asian-inspired bite-size ribs are ideal when entertaining a crowd. Bring them to your Labor Day celebration for a finger-licking snack or serve anytime for a quick dinner,or supper!
Prep Time: 20 minutes Baking Time: 55-65 minutes Serves 10
Ingredients 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
1/4 cup honey 2 cloves garlic, minced
3 pounds pork loin riblets
Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine orange juice, ketchup, brown sugar, teriyaki marinade, honey and garlic in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil. 2. Arrange riblets in a single layer in a jelly-roll pan. Pour sauce evenly over riblets.
3. Bake, turning riblets twice during baking, until sauce is bubbly and thickened and riblets are tender, 55-65 minutes. Serve warm.

Village Tip Riblets are pork loin back ribs that are cut in half horizontally. Ask the butcher to cut riblets for you if you cannot find them prepackaged.
