Description: western type of a meal goes good with Corn as your Vegetable.
Ingredients: 6 Pork Chops 1 medium Onion Chopped 1 Green pepper chopped 2 Tbs. of Chili Powder 2 Tbs. of Shortening like Crisco 1 28oz. can of Tomato sauce 2 cups of Water 3 cups of uncooked rice I use minute rice.
Directions: Brown Pork Chops not real brown take them out of the skillet add the Chili Powder and just cook on low for 2 minutes and then add the rice, onions, green peppers, water, Tomato sauce heat to a boil then take it off and put it in a Glass 9x13 baking dish and put the Pork Chops on top of the rice mixture. Bake at 350. Degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
